Three Bioengineering Undergraduates (Francis Lin, Jonathan Massachi, and Eric Pan) were part of a team that won the $100,000 Lowell Milken Institute Sandler Prize for New Entrepreneurs on April 12th.  This team, called Team pasCARE, also consisted of Jonathan Lavi (a law student) and Patrick Xu (an engineering student).  The goal of Team pasCARE’s technology is to prevent the formation of bed sores in individuals who are confined to bed by sickness or old age.
