The Department of Bioengineering and BGA hosted the fifth annual Research Day. This event brought together students, faculty and staff, industry board members, alumni, and prospective graduate students virtually from various parts of the world! Research Day featured keynote speakers, a student research talk competition, a poster session and competition, and networking via the online platform, Gatherly. We’d like to thank our industry guests for participating as guest judges for our lecture and poster competitions, and our keynote speakers for their presentations!

This year’s keynote speakers included Dr. Alice Soragni, Ph.D., Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Aydogan Ozcan, Ph.D., Professor of Bioengineering and Electrical Engineering, and Dr. Sophia Sangiorgo, Ph.D., Professor of Bioengineering and Orthopaedics!
