This fall, the Bionengineering Graduate Association (BGA) has been excited to welcome the new graduate student cohort (35 Ph.D students and 15 MS students) to the UCLA Bioengineering family! In our first event of the year, a group of graduate students came together after their lab work for a night of food and drinks at Rocco’s Tavern in Westwood. More recently, we invited Bioengineering students from all over campus for our first general meeting of the year where we collected feedback and ideas for new social and professional events including talks from industry.
